Cleanse Your Skin:

Including a decent cleanser in your morning and evening routines can help to remove any remaining makeup or dirt that may have built up throughout the day or overnight. If you don't cleanse your skin properly when it's dry or sensitive, any dirt that remains on the surface will aggravate the problem.

Moisturise your skin:

Moisturizing the face and body on a daily basis is one of the most effective ways to combat dry skin. It's a crucial step in ensuring that your skin is protected from any discomfort that may occur. Facial moisturising is essential for maintaining a balanced complexion and reducing the likelihood of outbreaks.

Exfoliate gently:

Exfoliating your skin should be a part of your skincare routine, but not every day; exfoliating your skin at least twice a week is recommended. Exfoliating your skin will instantly freshen it while also exfoliating any dead skin cells that have accumulated on your face. A deep gentle exfoliation when done correctly and on a regular basis, can also help to avoid subsequent outbreaks.

Reduce your stress levels:

It's commonly known that when you're in a stressful situation, your skin might suffer as well. While it may not be possible to keep your stress levels low in every situation, being aware of how to do so will help your skin stay calm as well.

Get Enough Sleep:

Beauty sleep isn't called that for nothing. Allowing yourself at least eight hours of sleep per night will benefit your skin greatly. Breakouts, dry skin, and dark circles are all signs that you aren't getting enough sleep. Allow yourself to obtain enough sleep each night to refresh and strengthen your skin.
